Regina Honu

Regina is the CEO of Soronko Solutions. She was featured on CNN as one the 12 inspirational women who rock STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). She was named as one of the six women making an impact in Tech in Africa and one of 10 female entrepreneurs to watch in emerging economies. She was awarded Young Entrepreneur of the year by the GPA Awards from Africa 2.0. She was featured on CNN African Voices,CNN African Startups and interviewed by BBC World Service, Deutsche Welle and Aljazeera. She is an Ashoka Fellow,Aspen Institute New Voices Fellow, GOOD Fellow, Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, Vital Voices Fellow and a Change Leader with Tigo Reach For Change.


She belongs to the African Leadership Network and the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa . Her story was published in the Lean In for Graduates by Sheryl Sandberg COO of Facebook, Impatient Optimist blog by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and was a finalist for the ITU African Digital Woman of the Year. She is a Mandela Washington Fellow and had the honour of meeting Barack and Michelle Obama.

Raymond Honu

Raymond Honu is a formidable executioner and is relentless in inclusive leadership. He has a background in Audio Visual Communications, film, Design and Marketing. He has worked as a writer and editor at one of South Africa’s fastest growing advertising and animation studios. He has lead a larger team of volunteers as a Studio Producer, Multi–cam director and Talent advisor. He has a growing technical skill in television and digital broadcast media. He has a huge heart for original storytelling and is passionate about content creation.

He has dawned many film sets and is never shy of highlighting fresh angles which suit his taste while addressing the needs of his co workers and audience. The particularity in the way he does things usually compliments the team, right through to the client and the final product.

Annette Agyare

Annette Agyare is the administrator at Soronko Solutions and Mentor at Tech Needs Girls. She has a BA In Administration (Human Resource Option) from Central University College. She is the Head of Administration and loves to inspire and teach.

She believes in empowering girls to lead and innovate through learning to code. We are living in the golden age of computers which is gradually revolving so therefore mentoring at Tech Needs Girls gives her great hope for a brighter future for our young girls out there.

So far she has been able to organise various coding workshops and supervised interns, new team members, mentors and meentees at Soronko Solutions. Her hobbies include writing, dancing and humanitarian work. Her favourite quote is from our own Ghanaian scholar James Kwegyir Aggrey who quotes, If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a nation.




Leticia Amavih

Leticia works in the Soronko Team as the Graphic Designer with additional responsibilities in providing mentorship. She is passionate about impacting people’s lives positively and combines a high sense of professionalism with her outgoing nature in the delivery of her functions. Leticia is proficient in Photoshop, Coreldraw and Illustrator and assists in communicating visually with the use of the principles and elements of art to create a piece of design. She is also responsible for managing social media platforms for number of Soronko’s clients, including Zenith Bank Ghana Limited.

Leticia dedicates time to understanding her clients’ business and finds the right creative solution that steer their business strategy. She derives fulfillment from providing satisfactory solution that meets her clients' needs. Leticia previously worked as an astute creative person with Ghana Armed Forces and Adentan News in a Graphic Designing capacity. When she is not designing, she loves to act creatively with materials and critic art works and designs.

Delphina Agyare

Delphina Agyare works in the Soronko Team as the Project Coordinator .She is also a driven mentor who wants to inspire and motivate people through technology to bring about social change .She is focused and highly devoted to any event hosted by the Soronko team seeing to it that everything goes as planned and is able to execute it professionally and to her best ability. Delphina has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Information Communication Technology and oversees all the activities of the Tech Needs Girls Foundation. She built the Tech Needs Girls curriculum which involves basic ICT and Coding for the girls between (6-18) with different educational styles of teaching to best suite everyone. She is also responsible for building and putting together the monthly Newsletter for Soronko Solutions.

She also teaches the coding classes and is currently taking Tech Needs Girls to different countries and looking forward to mentoring girls to lead and innovate through learning to code. She loves to eat, watch cooking channels and take road trips on her free time. Her dream is to have Girls rise to the top in everything they do and also break the gender barrier and stereotype about women supposed to be in a particular field. To her the sky is the limit and anything and everything can be achieved if you put your mind to it.

Isaac Asenso

Isaac Asenso is Mentor Coordinator for Tech Needs Girls. He works partime teaching and mentoring young girls in Ghana coding and technology, allowing them to gain interest in pursuing IT related courses in future.
